This is not an adequate oxygen concentrator for someone diagnosed with COPD. I would think it is more suitable for oxygen recreational supplement that has become [popular over the years.

Only positive things about this concentrator. I have had mine for nearly two years now. I have the battery pack and traveling case.
Customer support is outstanding.
I live in the desert with blowing dirt that makes breathing very difficult. This concentrator is a lifesaver when I am outside.
